1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "visitor") and CyberForge AI Inc. ("CyberForge AI," "we," "us," or "our"), an Ontario corporation with business number BN 517 803 462 RC0001, regarding your access to and use of the website located at https://cyberforgeai.pro (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
The Site is intended for business professionals, organisational representatives, and individuals seeking information about authorised offensive security services. You must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site.
You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include browsing service information, submitting legitimate business inquiries through our contact form, and accessing legal documents. You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation
- To solicit unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data belonging to third parties
- To transmit malware, conduct automated scraping that impairs Site performance, or attempt to probe Site vulnerabilities without written authorisation
- To impersonate CyberForge AI Inc., our employees, or other persons or entities
- To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries
- To harvest personal information of other users without consent
- To interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site
CyberForge AI provides offensive security testing only under written engagement agreements. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to perform security testing without proper authorisation, scope definition, and contractual safeguards.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, design elements, and software — is the property of CyberForge AI Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The CyberForge AI name, logo, and "Threat Grid" design system are trademarks of CyberForge AI Inc.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Site content for personal or internal business informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Site content without our prior written consent, except that you may print or download a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial reference.
Any unauthorised use of Site content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in civil or criminal penalties.
4. User submissions
When you submit information through our contact form or email, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have authority to provide it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You grant CyberForge AI a non-exclusive licence to use submission content solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and conducting related business operations.
We do not claim ownership of your submission content but may retain copies as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not contain confidential information belonging to third parties without proper authorisation.
5. No professional advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, insurance advice, regulatory compliance guidance, or a guarantee of security outcomes. Specific security recommendations are provided only within the context of paid professional engagements governed by separate statements of work.
Descriptive references to attack techniques, vulnerabilities, or adversary behaviour are for educational and marketing context. They must not be interpreted as instructions to perform unauthorised testing. You should consult qualified professionals before making security decisions based on Site content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. CyberForge AI does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYBERFORGE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Site content. Security threat landscapes evolve rapidly; information on the Site may become outdated without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBERFORGE AI INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberForge AI Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any submission you make through the Site.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within thirty days of receipt.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
12. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberForge AI regarding use of the Site. They supersede all prior understandings relating to the Site. Professional services engagements are governed by separate written agreements that prevail over these Terms where they conflict.
